Jarvis and U.S. Park Police (USPP) Acting Chief Robert D. MacLean concerning a dangerous increase in crime in Sherman Circle and the intersection at Crittenden Street. In her letter, Norton asks Jarvis and MacLean to increase policing near Sherman Circle.
